  5. What a handsome chef for a change! Why is this man not on local cable TV???? I would love to see him at work in his kitchen. How ’bout some “guy” steak recipes?? And any tips on how to attract the “Sweethearts” would be welcome. Do I have to send up a bottle rocket?

  6. I love to see more spicy recipes….maybe something with hot peppers or chipotles. I’ve had some great flank steak recipes with tequila, lime and spices….great! Do you know of any that you have tried? love to see something like that on the website.
